PJM provides changeover cleaning service following rentals between the hours of 10am-4pm, 7 days a week.

Residential Cleaning
PJM provides residential cleaning weekly, biweekly, monthly or a one-time cleaning. Services are available both seasonally and year-round.

In-Home Linen Service
An additional service we offer is to change and clean linens after each rental. This includes making the beds and putting fresh towels in kitchen and bathrooms. For this service, we ask the homeowner to provide two sets of linens to be used solely in their home.
Scotch Guarding Furniture
PJM will scotch guard your furniture before the rental season to help prevent stubborn stains.
